Tasks
Telephone and written support for new and existing customers
Handling customer inquiries as well as preparing and following up on quotations
Order management: entry, verification, and processing of orders
Clarification of delivery and payment terms and preparation of order confirmations
Close cooperation with the field sales team, including coordination of appointments and customer visits
Support of the sales team with administrative and sales-related activities
Coordination of projects and internal interfaces
Maintenance of customer data and documentation in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in inside sales or a strong interest in sales
Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, and enjoyment in working with people
High level of motivation and commitment, with an independent and well-structured working style
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
Very good command of German and good English skills for international collaboration
Team spirit and openness to taking on new tasks
