Are you a Sales Lead motivated by deriving customer solutions and closing deals? The Lead Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving regional growth by leading complex technical sales pursuits from start to finish. This position is responsible for preparing high‑quality proposals and bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring full compliance with commercial commitments and risk guidelines. Leveraging deep technical and commercial expertise, the Lead Sales Specialist partners closely with customers and internal teams to shape competitive solutions, secure high‑value orders, and build long‑term strategic relationships across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the regional growth strategy, leveraging industry expertise to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently deliver high‑value orders.
Take full ownership of the technical sales cycle, driving opportunities from initial inquiry through qualification, technical assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and final order.
Assess complex customer requirements and translate them into well‑defined, technically sound solutions that position the business competitively and build customer confidence.
Develop and present strategic, tailored proposals that demonstrate clear value, technical depth, and strong understanding of customer priorities.
Partner closely with engineering, commercial operations, and leadership to shape winning deal strategies, manage risk, and accelerate approvals for key opportunities.
Negotiate terms and conditions with authority, balancing customer expectations with commercial frameworks and long‑term business objectives.
Guide customers through detailed evaluations, providing seasoned insight, clarifying technical considerations, and supporting informed decision‑making.
Build and grow trusted relationships with key accounts, earning long‑term engagement by consistently delivering expertise, reliability, and measurable results.
Drive territory‑specific engagement strategies, applying market intelligence and competitive awareness to target the right opportunities at the right time.
Collaborate effectively with technical sales support to ensure accurate, timely proposals and seamless execution of customer requirements.
Lead the development of significant, high‑value orders within a competitive medium‑sized territory, consistently operating with urgency, discipline, and strong business acumen.
Manage a complex pipeline with precision, maintaining clear visibility into forecasts, opportunity health, and regional performance drivers.
Qualifications
Solid technical acumen with experience in industrial or power transmission solutions considered a strong advantage.
Proven ability to combine technical understanding with commercial instincts to create value and win business.

Salary Annual pay scale for this position is $91,910.00 to $188,470.00 per annum.
Salary is based on location, experience, and internal alignment. Bonus and equity compensation may also be available.
