Role Description This is a full‑time remote position for a Strategic Account Manager - EAPs/Labor Unions. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and labor unions to promote Cottonwood Tucson’s services. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, managing key accounts, and representing the organization at relevant events and engagements. Responsibilities also include creating initiatives to expand referral networks, conducting presentations, and monitoring market trends to align strategies with industry needs.

Qualifications

Relationship management and account management skills, with experience in maintaining and developing partnerships.

Strategic thinking, business development, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within EAPs and labor unions.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value and build trust among diverse stakeholders.

Understanding of mental health, behavioral health, or addiction recovery services is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and the development of targeted outreach strategies.

Self‑motivated and capable of managing priorities effectively in a remote work setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
