Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Experience in risk management and data governance in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Oversee the development, deployment, and evolution of scalable processes and team operating models.
Develop and deploy data insights through centralized reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools.
Identify and anticipate problems, developing and owning implementation of solutions.
