
Inside Sales Specialist - Medical Tech for Diabetes Care

Duties and responsibilities
Promotion and sale the companies products to potential customers; Responsible for active outbound phone calls to patients who have expressed interest in the medical device system.
Responsible for handling incoming calls generated through doctors' offices or marketing programs.
Respond to inquiries about the product and competitive comparisons using a comprehensive understanding of the application and benefits of the products.
Collaborate with internal reimbursement teams and field sales to successfully convert prospects into Shipped Customers.
Regular feedback and suggestions for improvement to support a culture of continuous process optimization.
Perform a wide range of complex sales, service, and administrative tasks.
Assumption of other activities assigned by the management.
Skills and competencies
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred
German and English fluency
Familiarity with healthcare systems or reimbursement structures is advantageous
Experience supporting people with diabetes is a plus
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts
Confident user of MS Office and digital sales tools
Education and professional experience
Bachelor's degree as well as sales experience is preferred, ideally in the field of medical technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or consumer goods.
Secondary school diploma (HS diploma/GED) and strong demonstrable sales experience, preferably in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or consumer goods is necessary
