Appointment Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant: Full Time Position COVID precautions in practice for all employees. Facility high touch areas cleaned multiple times daily.

Essential Duties

Answer customer calls, gather customer info and enter into customer relationship platform

Calendar management for sales appointments via management platform

Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries using email, text, scripts and templates per training

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

Provide clerical support to staff and management

Utilize CRM tracking system and follow department procedures

Qualifications

Ability to establish rapport quickly

Work with the team to achieve the common goal

Ability to be trained and coached

Strong work ethic without absenteeism

Requirements

Previous automotive experience preferred

Well developed administrative skill set

Ability to communicate and listen effectively

Computer and smartphone savvy

Highest level of honesty and integrity

Must be able to work until 5:00pm Weekdays

Must able to work 9:00am - 5:00pm rotating Saturdays

Compensation

$20.00 per hour

Monthly bonus based upon appointment volume, departmental goals, attendance and quarterly review

Annual Income $50,000-$75,000

Looking for an experienced candidate to help drive our department to the next level. Will be working under the Sales Management team to ensure department goals and expectations are met on a month to month basis. Compensation will include hourly pay in addition to performance bonus pay plan.
