
Responsibilities
Outbound Sales to generate Hub partners in assigned regions
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Hub Delivery partners.
Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of Hub Delivery.
Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience Level: Intermediate Level
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
