Job Overview:
Roof Experts, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced
Commercial Roofing Superintendent
to run commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and Lead Teams:
Oversee foremen and field crews to ensure safe and efficient roof system installations.
Conduct safety audits, provide training, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
Perform performance reviews and recommend promotions or raises.
Ensure Project Success:
Monitor quality, production, and resource use to meet contract goals.
Track labor, schedule materials, and coordinate subcontractors.
Conduct pre-job planning, safety plans, and work efficiencies.
Maintain regular communication with customers to address questions and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering warranties.
Manage Field-to-Office Communication:
Submit reports, coordinate job details, and review final paperwork.
Investigate incidents and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
Participate in project reviews, support teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
