Role Description This is a full-time, for a B2B Lab-Grown Sales Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a high-performing sales team, with responsibilities including setting sales targets, crafting strategies to expand the customer base, and ensuring outstanding customer service to B2B partners. Regular tasks involve analyzing sales data, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive and innovative approaches. Collaboration with other teams to align sales efforts with the company’s goals is key to this role.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Proven Team Management and leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across departments
Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
Experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury goods industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
