Save Job

Shape the daily coffee experience for our customers

As a Coffee Service Route Sales Specialist at Farmer Brothers, you step into a customer-facing role that blends delivery, light equipment care, and consultative selling. You’ll provide route relief as needed, making sure every beverage station on your list is stocked, spotless, and performing to standard—while building loyal relationships along the way.

A day in the life Start your morning at 7:00 am loading product and mapping the day’s stops. On the route, you replenish coffee, tea, and related items; rotate inventory; and perform at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) each day to ensure top‑notch taste. You keep equipment clean and in working order, make quick basic adjustments when needed, and flag anything major to your Area Sales Manager (ASM). Throughout the day, you spot opportunities to close distribution gaps, run seasonal and LTO promotions, apply pricing actions, and keep the beverage station set to standard—boosting Revenue per Stop. You also manage invoices, inventory, and collections for each account. If you see inefficiencies or customer concerns, you elevate them to the ASM right away. Wrap up by assisting with inventory cycle counts or warehouse tasks as assigned, and log any sales calls you made when time allowed using The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell.
