This position includes structured training and mentorship while preparing candidates for future leadership responsibilities. Position Overview

The Sales Management Trainee supports daily team activities, assists with onboarding and coaching, and contributes to in-store performance and customer engagement efforts. Trainees gain exposure to leadership responsibilities through practical, in-field experience while maintaining a professional presence on the sales floor. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. Core Responsibilities

Support and assist entry-level sales representatives Participate in training, onboarding, and coaching activities Assist with in-store customer engagement and brand representation Help track performance metrics and contribute to team goals Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Learn leadership fundamentals, operational standards, and team coordination Program Highlights and Growth
