Regional Sales Manager
to lead and grow our
Parent Roll Tissue business across Eastern US . This is a senior commercial role focused on expanding market share, building key customer relationships, and driving volume growth for our tissue product portfolio. You will represent a global industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. Regional Strategy:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for Eastern US to grow market share and business volume. Customer Relationships:
Build strong partnerships with converters, distributors, and key accounts across the region. Market Development:
Identify and cultivate new opportunities across emerging and established markets. Market Insights:
Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decisions. ✅
What You Bring Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years in commercial roles within the tissue industry, ideally with
jumbo rolls/parent rolls/converting rolls . Candidates with Away-from-Home or Consumer Tissue experience will also be considered. Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of tissue converters in the region. Understanding of B2C Tissue Finished Goods and customer expectations is preferred. Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. Mindset:
Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented, and commercially driven. Independence:
