Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aftermarket Sales Specialist based in West Liberty, West Virginia. The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will focus on driving parts and service sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through superior support. Additional responsibilities include developing sales proposals, responding to customer inquiries, actively promoting products and services, and collaborating closely with the service and sales teams to meet business objectives. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential to thrive in this role.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Solid understanding of agricultural equipment and aftermarket services
Technical knowledge in equipment parts, repairs, and maintenance
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to excel independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
Prior sales experience in agriculture or equipment industry is highly advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or further education preferred
