Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in the US.

Promote and sell ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.

Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Senior Management).

Prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales director, product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.

Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.

Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.

Attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries.

Proven experience in account management, business development.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Ability to work effectively across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision making capabilities.

High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
