Role Overview As a Sales Delivery Coordinator, you will serve as a Honda product expert and customer experience specialist. You’ll guide customers through vehicle delivery, technology education, and ownership orientation while learning the fundamentals of the sales process in a low‑pressure environment. This role is intentionally designed to prepare you for long‑term success as a Sales Professional by building confidence, credibility, and product mastery before moving into a commission‑based sales role.

What You’ll Do

Deliver vehicles to customers and create a confident, informative delivery experience

Demonstrate Honda vehicle features, safety systems, and technology

Conduct service walk‑throughs and introduce customers to Service Advisors

Schedule first service appointments and assist with app and technology setup

Complete all delivery documentation, including Honda CPO paperwork

Meet and greet clients using Hinderer Motor Company standards

Support Sales Consultants and Managers with vehicle preparation and test drives

Assist with VIP appointments and showroom readiness

Complete all required Honda Interactive and HMC sales training programs

Maintain a clean, organized showroom and vehicle display areas

Stay current on Honda products, features, and brand standards

Follow up with customers to build long‑term relationships

Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management teams to support dealership goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail Experience preferred

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation

Ability to complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screening

Schedule & Compensation Full‑time position. Evenings and weekends required. Paid training during the 90‑day Delivery Coordinator training period. Transition to commission‑based pay with uncapped earning potential as a Sales Professional. Bonus and commission opportunities available.
