Assistant Director of Plant Operations
to help oversee building maintenance and grounds operations at our assisted living community.
In this leadership role, you'll work closely with the Director of Plant Operations to guide daily maintenance activities, support and train maintenance staff, and ensure preventative and emergency repairs are completed efficiently and safely. You'll help plan workflows, oversee inspections and contractors, support budgeting and inventory, and step in as Acting Director when needed. Every day, your work will directly contribute to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents while advancing Avesta's mission of improving lives through quality, affordable housing and care.
