The Opportunity Our rapidly growing Family Office is looking for a motivated institutional sales associate to develop and implement relationships with potential co-investors, including but not limited to UHNW individuals; family offices and institutional funds.

Candidates should have the right blend of sales skills, analytical talent and business know-how. We're especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you'll be expected to interact with UHNW clients on a daily basis. This position involves conference calls/Zoom meetings with seasoned investors specializing in VC stage private companies; contacting Family Offices and other Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals to establish rapport and discuss investments. Planning and overseeing new marketing/company initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current investors while attracting new ones.

Responsibilities

Identify potential investors to bring to our platform and complete appropriate research on their business and investment needs

Develop relationships with prospective investors, while maintaining existing investor relationships.

Deliver pitches for our existing investors.

Requirements

Only candidates with active FINRA credentials will be considered

Previous experience with sales to UHNW individuals; family offices or institutional funds

High level of interest in tech investments and startup investments

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Great leadership skills.

Top-notch analytical skills

High ticket, high intensity sales

Understanding of developing and cultivating relationships with an understanding that "Rome Was Not Built in a Day"

Current or former Financial Advisors and Registered Investment Advisors are encouraged to apply

Compensation

$80,000 base pay, plus bonus up to 300% of base salary, upon annual performance review
