This role is requiring bilingual Spanish speaking ability! Job Duties:
Own commercial strategy, pricing, and sales targets for assigned key accounts. Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators. Lead negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements. Drive growth across Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure. Identify new opportunities and support product introductions. Develop and execute account plans focused on profitable growth. Coordinate with Houston and International teams to ensure execution, quality, and delivery. Align customer demand with production and supply chain capacity. Serve as escalation point for strategic customers. Deliver sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance tracking. Represent company with senior-level customers. Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts. Proven track record working with OEMs or strategic customers in North America. Experience in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components strongly preferred. Cross-border or international exposure is a plus.
