The role We are hiring an experienced Roofing Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Round Rock, TX.
This position is intended for proven roofing sales professionals who are comfortable managing the full sales process — from inspection to close to project completion. You will conduct free roof inspections, educate homeowners on roofing systems and insurance claims, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who value clear expectations, consistent communication, and a transparent compensation structure.

Multiple bonus structures (monthly and quarterly)

Responsibilities
Generate and manage your sales pipeline
Perform roof inspections and present solutions to homeowners
Educate clients on roofing systems and insurance claim processes
Accurately document inspections, scopes, and project details
Assist homeowners through the insurance process when applicable
Maintain communication and customer satisfaction from start to finish
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications Required:
Proven background in roofing sales
Strong sales and customer relationship skills
Knowledge of roofing systems and insurance-based roofing projects
Working knowledge of Texas roofing laws (or ability to quickly learn)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools
Preferred:
Residential roofing or construction experience
Familiarity with the Central Texas market
Self-starter mindset with accountability and follow-through
