Key Responsibilities
Actively and aggressively seek out new customers, win new business, and fully own the sales cycle
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships
Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred), with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market accounts
Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)
