
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, or construction sectors
Sales leadership or management experience, with a track record of leading teams to success
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets while guiding and motivating sales teams
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales coaching, and negotiation techniques
