We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about selling freight and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to meet with customers in person, understand their unique needs, and close sales deals that make a difference. Your responsibilities will include traveling within the DFW area, generating leads, providing accurate information about our services, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service. What You Bring to the Table:

A minimum of two years of experience in

LTL/Transportation sales. In-depth knowledge of transportation logistics and LTL freight movement. Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills. A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proven skills in conflict management, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning. Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively. A collaborative spirit with a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. Familiarity with transportation and logistics is

essential. Willingness to utilize our company-provided CRM tool in the field daily. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary plus monthly commission. Enjoy a generous 10% commission on gross profit after meeting your monthly minimum—NO CAP and NO take-backs! Car allowance and company-paid cell phone.
