EFC International is seeking an experienced
Account Manager
to manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for strategic account management and building long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Develop account strategies to drive revenue, retention, and account growth
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, marketing, and customer support
Track account performance and provide actionable insights
Manage account activity using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or a B2B client-facing role
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is a strong plus
