What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support Outside Sales portfolio growth by providing excellent customer service, accurate quoting, and project ownership
Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams for quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution
Assist internal and external customers throughout the customer journey, ensuring issue resolution and after-sale follow-up
Manage projects from end to end, ensuring customer needs are prioritized
Provide timely and complete sales orders and quotes to enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer service or retail sales environment
Completion of a high school diploma or GED
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2 years of experience in a customer service or retail sales role, specifically in home improvement trades
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Project management experience and the ability to handle complaints and resolve disputes
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and retail systems related to home improvement
