Job Summary Oldcastle APG is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Representative responsible for the overall sales function of the Belgard hardscape product line. This role will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of Belgard, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products in Houston, TX and Southern Louisiana.

Job Location

This position is remote; the candidate must live in Dallas, TX.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue.

Identify and prospect for new customers.

Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies.

Analyze market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on market shifts.

Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings.

Compile dealer's sales data, interpret buying cycles, and share results with production to efficiently plan weekly and monthly production plans.

Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.

Utilize CRM by tracking sales calls and planning schedules.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.

3+ years of related experience managing a multi‑million dollar territory.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

High sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualities.

Ability to drive up to 50% of the time in the region.

Valid driver’s license.

Compensation

Base salary $50,000–$60,000 with total compensation between $120,000–$130,000.
