hungry, ambitious Sales Representative

What You'll Do
Build relationships
with real estate agents, loan officers, and brokers across Michigan
Generate new business
by prospecting, cold outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships
Present Klear Title's value proposition
to potential clients, emphasizing our hybrid model and technology advantages
Close deals
and convert prospects into long-term partners
Maintain a pipeline
of qualified leads and track all activity in our CRM
Collaborate with our team
to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery
Represent Klear Title
at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For Required:
1-3 years of sales experience (any industry)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated go-getter mentality with entrepreneurial drive
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or financial services
Existing network of real estate professionals in Michigan
Familiarity with the title insurance industry
