
Revenue Operations & CRM Manager

The Opportunity We’re hiring a Revenue Operations & CRM Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that power our global growth engine. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for CRM ownership, forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and commission execution. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance to ensure our commercial infrastructure is accurate, scalable, and trusted. This role is central to improving forecast credibility, reducing surprises, and building a trusted single source of truth for revenue performance.
What You’ll Own Revenue Operations & Forecasting
Maintain pipeline structure and stage methodology
Run weekly and monthly forecast cadence
Improve forecast visibility and accuracy
Track performance vs targets and flag risk early
CRM Ownership (HubSpot)
Own and optimize our global HubSpot environment
Design account hierarchies and opportunity structures
Strengthen partner attribution and influence tracking
Drive governance, workflows, and adoption across teams
Commissions & Commercial Discipline
Execute and maintain commission processes in line with approved plans
Validate deal data with Growth and Finance
Improve clarity and consistency in incentive processes
Reporting & Insights
Own revenue, pipeline, and conversion reporting
Support executive and board-level reportingTranslate dashboards into practical commercial insight
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
Strong hands-on HubSpot ownership experience
Experience supporting revenue teams in a growing organisation
Comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and commission mechanics
Highly structured and detail-oriented
Confident working with senior Sales and Finance stakeholders
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clarity, discipline, and operational strength within scaling revenue teams.
