Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Design and iterate on intuitive, accessible interfaces and workflows.
Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with Agile teams, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and developers.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and brand guidelines.
Present designs and provide documentation for smooth handoffs to development teams.
Audit and update existing screens for consistency and inclusive design principles.
Required Skills:
5+ years UX design for web-based applications.
4+ years designing accessible web pages (WCAG 2.1 AA+).
5+ years of creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
3+ years in information architecture and design.
2+ years' experience in Agile UX design environments.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in UX, HCI, or Graphic Design.
Experience with usability testing, personas, and data-driven design.
Familiarity with mobile apps for ticketing/payment systems and transit UX.
Proficiency with Figma and universal design principles.
UX certifications or training in accessibility and Agile methodologies.
