As the Business Center Director, you will: • Have responsibility for achieving and maintaining the critical success factors of client service, growth, loss ratio and efficient operations for the Nebraska Business Unit. • Develop and implement a business center strategy that includes performance metrics to monitor and improve results, and training of policy contracts for agency, claims and underwriting staff. • Build strong relationships with marketing and understand distribution systems. • Manage a team responsible for claims, underwriting and customer service. • Oversee budget and operating procedures for the Arizona Business Unit to drive efficiency and profitability.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• College degree or equivalent plus 10 years of relevant experience is required. Agriculture and personal lines claims and/or underwriting experience, as well as prior industry leadership experience is preferred. • Be a high-level leader that is data minded and process oriented to lead the team. • Be a visionary and a strategic thinker in order to implement positive change. • Have strong project management skills and can manage multiple priorities. • Effective leadership skills and demonstrated success in leading, facilitating and managing strategic planning initiatives is required. Must be able to get people focused on a common goal and achieve results. • Proven ability to build strong relationships across the business. • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to express yourself in a professional and diplomatic manner. • Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities to achieve corporate and business unit goals. • Travel required (approximately 20-30%). A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required. • Position located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
