Compensation
1099, commission-only position
Experienced setters routinely earn $1,500–$2,500/week

Responsibilities
Go
door-to-door
in assigned territories with teammates
Engage homeowners
to generate qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives
Educate homeowners on solar savings and energy independence
Uphold Icon Power's
standards of professionalism and integrity
in every interaction
Collaborate
with your team to hit or exceed appointment and quality goals
Participate in ongoing training
, team meetings, and performance development
What We're Looking For
Proven experience
in door-to-door, canvassing, or field appointment setting (solar, pest control, roofing, telecom, etc.)
High-energy communicators
who can capture attention and build trust fast
Competitive and goal-driven

Requirements
Reliable transportation
Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for several hours daily
Willingness to travel locally
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
