Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs. Create and present tailored proposals and solutions for HVAC projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review. A successful Sales Engineer - HVAC Mechanical Contractor should have: Experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients. Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
