As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer service, sales and target achievement, and inventory management. Location: Redmond Town Center, 7525 166th Avenue NE, Suite E115, Redmond, WA 98052, USA Rate: $17.38 USD per hour Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
