Fleet Sales Manager

Parks Ford of Gainesville is looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to lead our Ford Pro commercial and fleet sales division. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential department and build lasting partnerships with businesses, municipalities, and fleet operators throughout the region. What You'll Do:

Lead and grow the dealership's commercial and fleet sales division Prospect and build long-term relationships with local companies, contractors, and government accounts Identify fleet vehicle needs and provide tailored Ford Pro solutions (including upfits, financing, service, and delivery) Manage inventory planning, factory ordering, and upfit coordination Deliver consistent follow-up, exceptional service, and strategic account management Represent the dealership at trade shows, job sites, and industry networking events What We're Looking For:

Experience in automotive fleet/commercial sales or B2B relationship management Solid understanding of Ford commercial vehicles, upfitting, and business use needs Driven, independent, and capable of managing your own book of business Excellent communication and negotiation skills CRM proficiency and strong follow-up habits Valid driver's license with clean driving record What You'll Get:
