Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. As a Claim Rep, you will be responsible for managing, evaluating, and processing claims in a timely and accurate manner. In this detail-oriented and customer-focused role, you will work closely with insureds to ensure claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and service throughout the claims handling process. What Will You Do?

Provide quality claim handling of auto claims including customer contacts, coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution in accordance with company policies, compliance, and state-specific regulations. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates. Determine claim eligibility, coverage, liability, and settlement amounts. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of claim files and transactions. Identify and escalate potential fraud or complex claims for further investigation. Coordinate with internal teams such as investigators, legal, and customer service, as needed.
