This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL. Please note, candidates must be located within 60 miles of either office location. D&H is growing! The purpose of this position is to assist the Business Unit team with the day-to-day operations of the corporate office by collaborating with a team of professionals, managing the needs of data management and integrity, using best practice processes in conjunction with departments to align with business strategies and customer requirements where synergies exist. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage mailbox inflow and redirect email to appropriate individual. Ensure that mailbox is kept orderly with no aging requests. Understand process SLAs and ensure SLAs are achieved. Receive rebate requests from Sales and BU team members and enter the request into the Rebate Workflow Tool with high attention to detail. Follow on requests that are at risk of or have missed the SLA and communicate regular updates to originators. Set up all CTO items with strict adherence to company policies and attention to detail. Correspond with all departments and vendor partners as needed on the phone and via email. Interact with inside and outside sales by answering questions/ problems via phone and/or e-mail. Prioritize and multi-task in all aspects of your day. Must adhere to company policies, including attendance. Answer emails with regards to PO confirmations, inventory availability and other customer requests. Provide customers with product and service information. Project a professional company image through phone interaction. Process sample orders in computer system. Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics including company attendance policy. Work coherently and in the support of the Sales team. Interact with vendors as well as co-owners in other departments. Supply sales reporting weekly to team and vendors. Closely monitor bundles created specifically for each account and communicate with DC's when additional inventory is needed. Report creation, analysis and distribution. Heavy use of Excel for data comparison, mining & management. Work to achieve Sales Operations department goals that support of the Sales team. Manage spiff accrual tracker & contest creation. Work closely with buying office to ensure continuous supply is coming in. Manage Rebate accrual tracker & bundle management. Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other in-house programs. Ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to prioritize and organize information. Strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of computer hardware. CCA and intranet knowledge. Ability to use PC, phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier. Organization & time management. Education and/or Experience
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1-3 years of administrative office experience.
