CSAs are how our customers experience WashU and should always aim to represent the brand as a fun, high quality, and professional environment./ppJob Responsibilities:/polliPersuade customers to sign up for a monthly membership package/liliUpsell customers into premium services/liliWarmly greet customers and knowledgably answer their questions/liliProcess cash and credit card payments/liliMaintain accurate records of transactions and customer information./liliResolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner./liliOperate car wash equipment, including power washers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools/liliMonitor vehicles to ensure they are getting clean./liliComplete general maintenance tasks for the facility including washing floors, emptying trash cans, and cleaning equipment./li/olpJob Requirements:/pulliStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
