Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options Clearly explain product features, benefits, and warranty information Maintain follow-up communication with potential and existing customers Track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and outreach efforts What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills HAPPY, friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service focus Competitive drive with strong sales and negotiation ability Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus, but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus!
