LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative company that produces farm-fresh, high-quality dog food delivered directly to customers' doors. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Concierge team and provide a personalized, high-touch experience to new customers. Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (Concierge), you will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding and supporting them through their first two to three deliveries. You will proactively engage customers via chat and phone to ensure a seamless experience, answer questions, and resolve concerns. Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience (call center, chat support, retail, hospitality, or concierge experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage customer accounts efficiently
Logistics
Pay: $21 to $23 hourly pay based on experience
Onsite in Cleveland, OH near Midtown
