Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II
The Title Specialist is responsible for processing and managing vehicle titles and related documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include: Verifying and ensuring accuracy of recorded information, forms, license number/vin information, etc. Verifying that all documents are approved, signed, and distributed according to established procedure Serving as a point of contact for employee/customer questions about policies and procedures Working exception queues and updating and validating title and other exceptions in the system Assisting vendors, dealers, and other third parties with questions about processes, status, and issue resolution. Taking payments, answering phones and emails in a timely manner. Completing title packets within given state requirements and deadlines. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed within the business office. Staying updated on state and federal title regulations and ensuring compliance. Minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years experience in a related field. Or the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; Or 5 years experience in a related field To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
