The Keyholders primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge, build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. The Keyholder is expected to be the link between the management team and the sales associates and assist in performing a wide range of functions from maintaining a clientele book to merchandising the sales floor and motivate employees on objectives sales to exceed goals./ppThe ideal candidate is a quick thinker, friendly with excellent customer service skills. Possess at least two years of previous luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliSupport store manager with management and coordination of the daily operations of the store./liliPerform functions such as opening/closing, checking in merchandise, and preparing and making deposits as needed./liliSupervises sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures./liliEngaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction./li/ulpExperience

Key Competencies:/pulliMust possess a minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar role./liliDemonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment./liliAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members along with a willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance./liliAbility to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/liliAbility to operate independently and with discretion, and work effectively under pressure./liliExcellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS office./liliAbility to influence and negotiate./li/ul/div
