Understand prospects' needs, address objections, and guide them through the leasing process to maximize occupancy and secure lease agreements. Support operational excellence
Maintain accurate records, prepare lease documents, and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Contribute to financial performance
Help achieve occupancy and retention goals by proactively engaging with residents and supporting revenue-driven leasing strategies. Create a welcoming environment
Promote a professional and inviting atmosphere for residents, guests, and coworkers to enhance the community experience. Strengthen follow-up & service
Manage follow-ups with prospects and residents to improve leasing conversions and provide exceptional customer service. Leverage technology for efficiency
Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to optimize leasing operations and track performance effectively. Ensure availability and reliability
Be dependable for Saturday working hours and multiple weekdays to support business needs and maintain operational efficiency. Who Thrives in This Role?
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven professional with: A valid driver's license (required). A minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience (required). Strong sales and customer service skills. A passion for helping others and a solutions-oriented mindset. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Yardi, and CRM systems (required). A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
