Leasing Agent
Parc Bay Apartments is seeking a part-time bilingual Leasing Agent to help to market and lease apartments for our property to prospective residents. You will also be responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities: Lease apartments and sell the amenities, products and services of the property to prospects Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours Collect deposit and/or fees associated with move-in Inspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-in Assist with planning and hosting of resident events Assist residents with the move-out process Requirements: Prior experience in property management leasing required. Onesite, BlueMoon software knowledge required Bilingual (English/Spanish highly preferred) Strong computer skills Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on resident satisfaction Highly proficient in social media platforms for marketing, outreach, and engagement Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
