Job Title: Mobility Therapist
The Mobility Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the quality of life for patients with physical impairments. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Description:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests and clinical examinations to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement evidence-based treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Required Skills & Qualifications
