Essential Functions:
The Hospice Liaison will identify and generate new hospice business by engaging with existing and prospective accounts, exploring new market opportunities, and managing patient referrals. You will serve as a crucial liaison between our agency and the medical community, educating attendees on our hospice services. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to ensure continuity of care and facilitate effective communication.

Education:
Minimum of an Associate Degree or relevant experience in a health-related field. Experience:
At least 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care environment, preferably within hospice. RN license is required. Requirements:
Reliable transportation and the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 25 lbs, as well as support an average adult's weight.
