The Automotive Parts Consultant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to retail and installer customers. In this dynamic position, you will support store management in achieving operational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and adhere to all company customer service programs such as Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, and Rock the Call.
Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and assist them in selecting products.
Support managers and installer service specialists in meeting the needs of professional customers.
Complete necessary training related to your role.
Provide outstanding service to phone inquiries by accurately identifying parts, quoting prices, recommending additional products, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.
Manage cash drawer responsibly, handling transactions with accuracy while following company policies.
Perform returns and exchanges in a friendly manner, adhering to company procedures.
Resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude.
Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, including stocking, fronting shelves, and other operational tasks.
Handle merchandise returns and assist with inventory management tasks.
After training, operate brake lathe and other testing equipment.
Conduct in-store services for customers as permitted by local laws, such as battery testing and bulb replacements.
Drive a delivery vehicle for customer deliveries as needed (must meet company driving eligibility standards).
Perform additional duties as assigned.
