Overview
Director, Enterprise Applications & Data Location: District of Columbia, United States Project HOPE is an international NGO with more than 1,000 engaged employees and hundreds of volunteers who work in more than 25 countries, responding to global health challenges. We have a 60-year legacy treating patients, providing medicines, and building health programs worldwide. This role leads the modernization, integration, and governance of Project HOPE’s global enterprise systems and data ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable, interoperable platforms aligned with organizational strategy. The Director oversees enterprise data governance, responsible AI adoption, change management, and digital skills development to translate technology investments into stronger program delivery, operational excellence, evidence-driven decision‑making, and improved health outcomes. The position partners with programs, country, and functional leaders to ensure technology enables mission outcomes while fostering accountability, innovation, documentation, and continuous improvement across the digital workforce.
