We are looking for a
Senior Manager – Engineering Delivery
to lead multiple engineering squads, provide technical and architectural direction, and ensure high‑quality delivery of complex Java‑based platforms.
This is a
hands‑on leadership role
for someone who comes from a strong
Java engineering background , has grown into
technical leadership and architecture , and has deep experience delivering in
consulting environments .
Role Overview As a Senior Manager – Engineering Delivery, you will:
Lead and oversee multiple engineering squads
Provide hands‑on technical guidance and architectural oversight
Ensure delivery quality, performance, stability, and scalability
Mentor engineers and tech leads
Act as the bridge between business goals and engineering execution
You will be accountable for
delivery outcomes, technical direction, and team performance
across complex, enterprise‑grade systems.
Lead multiple engineering squads delivering Java‑based platforms Review and guide architecture, design patterns, and code quality
Support engineers with complex technical problem‑solving
Drive best practices in development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Provide architectural guidance for scalable, secure, and high‑performance systems
Review integration patterns, APIs, and data flows
Support modernization and legacy‑to‑cloud migration initiatives
Ensure systems meet non‑functional requirements (performance, reliability, security)
Operate in a consulting environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
Communicate clearly with stakeholders while keeping teams focused on delivery
Support pre‑delivery planning, scoping, and execution readiness
Mentor senior engineers and emerging tech leads Promote engineering excellence, automation, and CI/CD practices
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
Build strong delivery culture and accountability
Required Experience
15+ years in software engineering , with strong hands‑on Java background
Strong knowledge of: Java, Spring, REST APIs, microservices Unix/Linux environments JavaScript (for full‑stack awareness and integration)
Experience with: Distributed systems Legacy modernization and cloud migration CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Track record of leading
multiple squads and senior engineers
