Outside Sales Territory Manger

for the

Southern Detroit and Southeast Michigan Region .

Compensation Structure:

$80k to $85k base range (target salary) + quarterly commission bonus program. You will also have access to spiffs and other incentives throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to discuss upward potential in further detail with sales management during the interview process.

Automotive Allowance

is $600/month (tax amount depending on vehicle depreciation over a 5-year span) + $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement using a mobile device application called "MOTUS."

Active Clients:

Several Hundred worth Millions. No internal competition. You will be taking over a large book of business to serve and build upon due to a long-term employee retirement.

Customer Type:

Millwork fabricators, architectural and design firms, cabinetmakers, kitchen & bath showrooms, wood shops.

Product Summary:

Laid-Up Panels, Sheet Goods (TFL/Plywood/Particle Board, etc.), Cabinetry hardware, PPE, synthetic countertops, finishes/coatings, fasteners, abrasives, sinks, lighting, machinery, hand tools, and power tools.

without an excessive commute.

As a

Territory Manager

- you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall.

Requirements:

Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent written and communication skills
