
The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Premium to lead all premium hospitality operations at the brand new Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. This leader will oversee all premium spaces - including clubs, suites, and VIP environments - playing a key role in shaping the guest experience from day one. As part of the opening leadership team, the Director of Premium will bring a passion for elevated service, a commitment to team development, and the ability to set the standard for an exceptional premium program in one of Miami’s most exciting new venues.
Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Provide strategic oversight of all premium areas, including clubs, suites, and VIP spaces, while assisting in establishing and implementing both current and long-term organizational objectives, plans, policies, and budget priorities
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with license partners and ensure premium guests receive consistently elevated, memorable experiences that reflect the standard of Miami Freedom Park
Lead and support unit management teams while ensuring the effective supervision of all premium area team members, maintaining adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
Guide the development and approval of pricing, product offerings, and portioning strategies for all premium services within the venue’s established profit plan
Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team
Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring prompt communication, issue resolution, and a positive overall client experience
Ensure all premium operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to liquor service, sanitation, payroll practices, employment standards, and operational safety
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Extensive background in premium services within sports, entertainment, or large-scale event environments
At least four years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or a related management role with a strong emphasis on premium operations
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven financial management and budgeting capabilities
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce while working both independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Track record of delivering exceptional guest service and elevating the overall premium experience
