$120,000–$150,000 base

Full ownership: brand, demand gen, content, web, events.

Measured on pipeline, speed, and credibility—not impressions.

You execute. You don’t delegate and wait.

What you’ll do

Build demand gen that creates qualified pipeline.

Run LinkedIn ads, email sequences, partners, events.

Write case studies, web copy, sales one-pagers.

Translate complex compliance topics into clear value.

Lead website redesign with outside vendors.

Stand up HubSpot and attribution with sales.

Make conferences pay for themselves.

Must-haves

5–8 years B2B marketing experience.

Hands-on operator. You ship the work yourself.

Strong HubSpot experience (zero-to-one OK).

Proven demand gen tied to revenue.

Clear, confident writer.

Nice to have

SaaS or tech-enabled services background.

Regulated industry exposure.

GovCon familiarity (not required).
